All imagery is taken with the purpose of highlighting both the unique and aesthetic qualities of a particular property. All photographs are strictly composed according to the staging requirements and natural lighting.

Staging and Décor Photo Prices are also based on size of house by square footage and 8-12 images per average size house (2500 sq.ft.). Any additional images are $25 each for Staging and Décor only. All prices include the editing and travel expenses, within 30 miles radius of 78701, in Austin, TX. Additional charges are applied beyond that. Turn around time for fully edited images may be subject to a four-day turn around, per project. Cancellation must be made within 72 hours of shoot day. No refund on the initial deposit.
