Staging CONSULTATION - Starting at $250 + tax. We visit your home and do a walk through of your property, from the curb to the backyard. As we tour the house we take notes and pictures. After our visit we prepare a detailed and solid plan to get the property prepared. This includes a prioritized “To Do List” for any home. 24-48 hour turn around. We can also get you a same day estimate for occupied staging.

HOME STYLING - Complete re-styling of your home, room by room, to fit with the changes and transitions you are personally going through. For those of you who do NOT want to sell, but would rather re-imagine + refresh your home. Utilizing both existing furniture and accessories as well as supplementing with new furnishings and accessories, we help bring your home back to life! Let’s chat about your needs and pricing!

SHOPPING - We understand getting a home prepared for sale can be overwhelming, which is why we offer shopping services for our occupied stages. While the homeowner work through the “To Do” list we shop for the accessories and home goods needed to complete the look.  $100 per hour
